Product Description
The traditional crunch starts with a jerking motion, which causes stain on the neck, shoulders and lower back. The Total Core eliminates this first jerking motion and then guides you through a smooth, full range motion that far exceeds the range of a typical crunch while you are comfortably seated and properly supported
The secret behind the Total Core is the unique, progressive resistance system that "pushes" you upward with more of a "push" in the beginning of the movement when you need it most and less toward the end. But there's more! The Total Core turns the crunch "upside down", because on the way down, your pushing against the same unique progressive resistance, which works your lower back muscles and the "back" of the core.
